Incorrect Vendor Name
If you have received an alert for a lawsuit but believe that the party in the lawsuit is not a correct match for the vendor you are following, please contact support.
The court records that Osano monitors are highly unstructured. The Osano application uses fuzzy pattern matching to associate defendants in a lawsuit with vendors that you follow.
For example, if you are following an imaginary vendor with a short name such as "Ford" you might receive alerts that are for other companies whose names begin with "Ford".
Incorrect notifications are uncommon, but if you do experience an incorrect notification, please contact support and we will adjust the matching algorithm for that vendor promptly.
