Cross Navigation: Assessments & Data Mapping

Once an assessment has been linked to a data store, navigating between the two objects and the Assessments and Data Mapping modules more broadly is relatively straightforward.

Assessments List

On the Assessments list page, any assessment linked to a data store will list those linked data stores within the Data Inventory column on the Assessments list table:

Clicking on a data store linked to an assessment will take the user directly to the Settings tab on the data store configuration page.

Data Store Configuration Page

Any field on the data store that is currently being used as an auto-answer for a linked assessment will display an icon to the left of any values for that field:

Hovering over this icon will display a list of assessments currently utilizing values from this field as an auto-answer. You can click on one of the assessments listed here to navigate directly to the Assessment Configuration Page for that assessment.

Clicking on 'active assessments' hyperlink in the helper text that displays below one of these fields will instead navigate directly to the Assessments list page filtered to display all assessments linked to that data store on the Assessments list page:

On the Data Stores list page any assessment linked to a data store will list those linked assessments within the Assessments column on the Data Store list table:
