Adding DSAR/Subject Rights Links to TrustHub

Overview

TrustHub allows you to easily add links to your Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) forms as pages in the table of contents. This ensures users can easily access your data subject rights forms directly from your TrustHub.

Adding DSAR Links to TrustHub

Step 1: Access TrustHub Settings

  1. Log in to your Osano account

  2. Navigate to the TrustHub section

  3. Open your TrustHub

Step 2: Add Link

  1. Scroll down to the Table of Contents section at the bottom of the Settings tab

  2. Look for the "Add Link" button

  3. In the link management interface, you'll see options for different link types

  4. Select "Subject Rights Request Form"

Step 3: Configure the Link

  1. Link Text: Enter how you want the link to appear (e.g., "Data Subject Rights", "Privacy Rights", "Access My Data")

  2. Form Selection: Choose the correct form in the dropdown menu under "Form"

Step 4: Save the Link

  1. Review the link configuration

  2. Click "Update"

  3. The DSAR link will now appear in your TrustHub table of contents on your main TrustHub page (for example, mycompanyname.trusthub.com)
