A: This message is controlled by the Request Type visibility settings. Under Request Types, each request type has jurisdiction visibility settings that determine which regions can submit that type of request. If a submission comes from a jurisdiction not included in those visibility settings, this message displays. To adjust which jurisdictions can access a given request type, go to Request Type > Jurisdictions and update the visibility settings there.
To ensure your DSAR form behaves as intended, follow these steps:
Log in to Osano.
Navigate to Forms under the Subject Rights section.
Select your DSAR form and go to the Request Types section.
For each request type, you will see three options:
Enable for jurisdictions where it is required by law (Default)
Enable for everyone
Disable for everyone
Select Enable for everyone if you want the form to be accessible globally.
Save your changes.
These settings determine the visibility of request types, ensuring the form operates according to your requirements.
