What's new for Osano in December 2024

Note: Any Consent Manager Platform (CMP) changes will be inherited by consent manager configurations after they are republished. Please be sure to test all changes.

Enhancements

• December 20 3:00 PM CST

  • Subject Rights

    • You can now drilldown from spotlight metrics on the subject rights Reporting Dashboard to quickly view the underlying requests (i.e. which requests are at risk of becoming overdue).

    • You can also export, save as an image, or drilldown to view the underlying data behind each report on the subject rights Reporting Dashboard.

    • The Requests and Action Items list pages have been updated with a number of quality of life features:

    • The due date column has been split into two new columns (Internal Due Date and Regulatory Due Date) to allow users to more easily track both deadlines at a glance.

    • A Completed column has been added that displays the completed date (if present) and whether the request/action item was completed by the internal due date, by regulatory due date, or overdue.

    • A Time to Completion column has been added allowing users to more easily track the number of days requests/action items took to complete.

    • Users can now hide/display columns

    • Users can now reorder columns

    • Users can now download the table to CSV
