TrustHub Setup Guide

Step 1: Create a TrustHub

Navigate to the "TrustHub" page in the left-hand navigation panel and then click the 'Get Started' button to create your first TrustHub:

Add the following required fields in the TrustHub Settings modal:

  • Subdomain – The subdomain will form a portion of the URL path used to navigate to your TrustHub.

  • Ex. If the subdomain value you entered is 'mycompanyname', then the URL path for your created TrustHub would be https://mycompanyname.trusthub.com

  • Site Title – The site title will display in the header navigation bar for your TrustHub.

  • Parent URL – The parent URL will be the link users navigate to when returning to your parent site from your TrustHub. Typically this will be the URL of your company's homepage.

Clicking 'Save' in the modal above will take you to the Settings tab within your newly-created TrustHub:

Step 2: Prepare Your Styles

Navigate to the Styles tab and make any updates desired to align the styling of your TrustHub with your corporate branding:

Imagery

  • Add Logo – An added logo will appear in the top-left of the TrustHub header

  • Add Favicon – An added favicon will appear as the icon used for your TrustHub pages within your web browser

  • Add Hero Image – An added hero image will appear just below the TrustHub header

Stylesheet URL

  • Stylesheet URL – Link directly to your website's CSS to include base styles such as fonts, header tags, and text colors

Colors

  • Select hex color values for the following page attributes:

  • Primary Text

  • Secondary Text

  • Header Background

  • Header Text

  • Hero Text

  • Page Background

Step 3: Add Pages

Navigate to the 'Pages' tab and add any pages you'd like to host on your TrustHub by clicking the 'Add a New Page' button:

On each newly-created page add the following:

  • Page Title – The page title will display at the top of the published page and as the display name for navigating to the page from your TrustHub's table of contents.

  • URL Path – The URL used to navigate directly to this page.

  • Content – The content added here will form the bulk of the content displayed on the published page.

Click the 'Save Draft' button at the bottom of the page to save any updates made on the page.

Click the 'Publish Page' button at the top of each page when you're ready to publish any page updates made to your TrustHub:

Prior to publishing any updates made you will be prompted to add a comment (if desired) describing the changes made since the previous publish:

If you wish you can schedule pages to be published at some point in the future.

Step 4: Create Your Table of Contents

Navigate back to the Settings tab and scroll down to the Table of Contents section.

Click the 'Add Pages' button to select which published pages you'd like to include in your TrustHub's Table of Contents:

Click the 'Add Link' button to instead add links to other content you'd like to include in your TrustHub's Table of Contents:

After choosing to add a link you can update the Link Text that displays for the link as well and indicate the Link URL or subject rights Form the link should be send users to:

Once you've finished creating your Table of contents you can click the 'Update' button at the bottom of the page to save any changes you've made:

Step 5: View Your TrustHub

When you're ready to view your TrustHub, click the 'View Site' button at the top of any TrustHub tab:
