What's New
The Osano web app no longer has a top bar. Everything that lived there now sits in the left navigation, which gives every page a cleaner, taller workspace. No functionality was added or removed. Controls just moved.
Account selection
The account selector is now at the top of the left navigation, above Dashboard.
- If you manage multiple accounts, switch between them here.
- It replaces the account selector that used to live in the top bar.
Settings and profile menu
Settings now live behind your name and initials at the bottom of the left navigation. Click it to open the profile menu.
- The menu includes Language, Account, Users, Organizations, API Keys, Webhooks, Billing, and Sign Out.
- There is no standalone Settings link or gear icon anymore.
Notifications and Help Center
The bell and question mark icons sit to the right of your name at the bottom of the left navigation. The bell opens Notifications and the question mark opens the Help Center.
Privacy Resources
Privacy Templates, Regulatory Guidance, and GDPR Representative used to appear as separate entries. They are now grouped together under a new Privacy Resources section. Click it to expand the section. These pages work exactly as before.
Osano AI launcher
The Osano AI launcher now floats in the bottom right corner of the page.

If you cannot find something, it moved. Nothing was removed.
