Select assignees
Or you can bulk assign once all your tasks are created.
You can control the sequence in which your integrations and manual tasks run by setting a priority.
Choose one integration or manual task as the priority system.
The priority system generates the first action item and is searched first when a request is processed.
If results are found in the primary system, your configured automation (e.g., delete, summarize) runs there first. In the case of manual tasks, the assignee is notified before other action items are generated and their subsequent generation depends on whether the assignee records that results were found or not.
After the action in the primary system is completed, all other integrations run simultaneously.
The activity log shows details about search results and how the request was routed.
If no results are found in the primary system, no action items are generated, and the request moves directly to review.
