This page lists the many different ways requests can be received through through Osano's forms.
You can see which method a request was created from taking a look at the the Created From field on the Request Information tab.
DSAR forms can also be selected to appear as links in a CMP Drawer:
A request created from this intake method with be display 'CMP' in the Created From field on the Request Information tab.
At the top-right of the form configuration page is a 'Get Code' button:
Clicking this button opens up a modal displaying code that can be copied to link to this form from an existing web page or to embed this form within an existing web page:

Requests can be created in bulk by importing a CSV on the Requests page:
A request created from this intake method with be display 'CSV' in the Created From field on the Request Information tab.
Requests can be created using the Subject Rights customer REST API:
A request created from this intake method with be display 'API' in the Created From field on the Request Information tab.
Emails can be forwarded or redirected to an inbox that is automatically set up for each created form. Osano will automatically respond to these emails asking with a link to the form asking the requester to please fill out their request there to continue.
A request created from this intake method with be display 'EMAIL_INTAKE' in the Created From field on the Request Information tab.
A one-off request can be created on the Requests page. When you select “Submit a Single Request” and a form to associate the request with, you can fill in minimal required information and select a status for request.
