Accessing the PII API requires a Custom/Enterprise plan. If you are using a Basic tier of Osano, the API is not available to you.
Currently, if you would like to access the APIs, please open a support ticket. Our team will generate an API key for you and provide instructions for submitting data to the ledger.
All accounts have a soft cap of 1,000,000 requests per month. If you need additional requests, please contact support with a use case and we will be happy to enable higher throughput.
