To report an issue, simply open a support ticket through Osano's support system. Our team typically addresses reported issues within three business days.
About Markdown Conversion
Osano converts published policies—whether in HTML, PDF, or Word format—into a simplified markup language called Markdown for consistency and readability. Occasionally, decorative elements like images may mistakenly appear in a document after conversion. If you spot anything that looks out of place, reach out to our support team, and we'll take care of it.
Missing Documents
Sometimes, a vendor may not have key compliance documents available. This doesn't always indicate an issue with Osano. Unfortunately, many vendors still fail to publish even the most basic compliance statements, putting them out of compliance with CalOPPA (California Online Privacy Protection Act). Osano is committed to encouraging better compliance practices across the industry.
