Anonymize 

This data cannot be removed or deleted, but it can be anonymized. Data anonymization is the process of irreversibly altering data in order to protect the privacy of data subjects.

Correct 

This data is incorrect and needs to be updated. 

Delete

This data can be permanently deleted. Data deletion is the process of irreversibly removing or erasing data in order to protect the privacy of data subjects.

Not Applicable 

This data does not fall under the definition of Personal Information, or is an exception under any privacy laws and thus does not need to be included in any Data Rights requests. 

Process

A generic request action where action needs to be taken manually to satisfy a Data Subject request. Typically this request action is used for the request types Do Not Sell or Share to a 3rd Party, Limit Use of Sensitive Data, and Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising.
