Create your TrustHub

Each Osano enterprise level customer is able to create and manage a single TrustHub configuration. Creating your TrustHub is simple - after navigating to the TrustHub menu item, just click the Get Started button.

On the modal that appears, enter your chosen subdomain. Please note that, at this time, once the subdomain is set you will be unable to update it without contacting the Osano support team.

Update your settings

After your TrustHub is created, you will be able to configure additional settings to customize your TrustHub to match your company branding needs.

Once on the Settings page, you may enter a Site Title and a Parent URL that create a link on your TrustHub that can allow your users to navigate back to your main site when needed.

The next set of Settings allows you to configure your site with a link to your branded CSS styles and any logo/favicon you may have. Please note that size and dimension restrictions apply for both Favicon and Logo uploads.

Now that your page is created, you may update the Page Title and URL path to match any existing conventions your business may follow. Next, it is time to add your content and edit it to suit your needs. The Osano editor is a simple WYSIWYG editor that uses markdown for content creation. The benefit of this is that your content easily flexes to suit the size and needs of any styles and formatting that you include in your CSS styles link.

Click the 'Save Draft' button at the bottom of the editor when you are ready to save your changes. Saved changes will remain private until they are published so you may edit and return to the page before making it public.

Publish your first page

Once you've added and formatted your text, you are ready to publish your page. Click Save Draft at the bottom of the editor and then Publish. A modal will appear that allows you to enter an optional, but helpful comment describing the changes you have made for future reference. Once your comment is complete, click Publish page and your page will be made public.

Once a page is published, you will then have access to the View Page and Get Code buttons.

View Page allows you to preview a standalone version of the page that you may link to in the browser for review or sharing purposes.

Clicking the Get Code button will open up a modal that provides you with the HTML or JS code snippets that can be used to embed the page within an existing page on your site.

You may also link directly to your entire TrustHub site by clicking the Domain URL underneath your Page Title or by entering the URL directly into your browser's URL field.

Add a Cookie Table or GDPR Representative Info

If you use Osano as your Cookie Consent or GDPR Representative provider, you may add data from these products via the editor directly to your page in a couple clicks.

To add a Cookie Table, click the 'Cookie Disclosure' button and then select the proper configuration from the dropdown. Then click 'Insert'.

Osano will pull down the latest version of your disclosed cookies (the same information you will see in the Cookie Consent Preference Drawer) and insert them into a table in the content. From here you may re-order or further organize the data in the table to suit your needs.
