- Consent Management: Users in Utah will now see consent banner format 3 by default to comply with data privacy laws. If you wish to enable banner format 1 for this state, please enable CCPA/CPRA opt-out mode. Read more about consent banner formats.
- Consent Management: The First Layer Categories setting will now update the IAB version of the consent manager, enabling or disabling the category toggles on the first layer of IAB related banners.

Consent Management: The IAB TCF 2.2 web update is now complete in Osano. Customers who use the IAB TCF 2.2 framework setting must verify their vendor list and click the Publish button within Osano before 11/21. This change does not affect customers who do not have TCF 2.2 enabled. Changes included for this release:
- Updates GVL v2 to GVL v3
- Updates to the tcfapi commands per the spec
- Updates to the frontend experience in the preference drawer to include new vendor counts, purposes, categories, and illustrations
- Platform: Users can now create advanced rules on webhooks to further specify their triggering conditions.

- Consent Management: IAB TCF EU related banner text strings have been updated to include the count of IAB vendors per updated IAB guidance. Further changes for IAB EU TCF 2.2, including API and frontend user experience updates, will follow in the upcoming week prior to the November 20, 2023 CMP implementation deadline.
- Data Mapping: Updated the data map to make adding and removing elements on the data map visualization more accessible to the visually impaired.

- Data Mapping: Added the ability for users to add data flows and vendor relationships to the data map by drawing these connections directly on the data map visualization. Users can also remove these connections by clicking on a connection and pressing the 'delete' button.

- Consent Management: Resolved an issue with the IAB TCF preference drawer where a user who had opt-out of all purposes on the banner was then unable to remove the opt-out via the preference drawer.
