February 2022 release notes

Note: Any Consent Manager Platform (CMP) changes will be inherited by consent manager configurations after they are republished. Please be sure to test all changes.

    • Minor UI updates and site maintenance.

    • Consent manager: Updates to the Osano.js build and publish processes to reduce file size and prepare for future, opt-in performance-related features. 
  • February 11, 2022, at 1:11 PM CT
    • DSAR forms: Added the ability to associated a due date with DSAR forms. This can span from 1-90 days and will update the timing of notifications for all requests submitted via that form.

DSAR Due Date

Please note that changes to the due date only apply to requests going forward. Any requests submitted before the due date change will retain the old due date.

Bug fixes

  • February 25, 2022, at 2:43 PM CT
    • Web application: Resolved an issue where the IAB TCF 2.0 vendor selection search bar was returning zero results for valid vendor searches.
  • February 15, 2022, at 1:45 PM CT
    • Consent manager: Added a parent element reference fallback for IE11 to address a UI issue where the banner would not disappear in IE11 for some users after clicking Allow. This only affects customers who are utilizing a Consent Manager configuration with "legacy browser mode" enabled. 
    • Consent manager: Addressed an issue where custom translations were not properly loading within the Amp iFrame. This only affects customers who are utilizing AMP support for consent management.
  • February 28, 2022, 10:03 AM CT 
    • Privacy law alerts: Fixed an infrastructure issue that was causing duplicate notifications to be sent when the system came under high load.
