Osano currently offers monthly billing for all plan types. If you enroll in an annual plan, you will be billed monthly.
The primary difference between an annual plan and a monthly plan is that with the annual plan you cannot cancel your service until your anniversary date and billing will continue even after the cancellation is requested until that anniversary date arrives.
Customers can not migrate from annual to monthly plans, but you can migrate from monthly to annual, in which case you can elect to either receive a prorated discount for the previous service or simply enroll in a new yearly agreement.
If you have subscribed to an annual plan and would like to cancel early, please contact support to discuss the early termination fee.
