The Localization tab on the Forms Configuration page allows you to preview how your form and emails will display for a typical requester from a given location:
To open up these previews, hover a location on the map and then click on that location:
You can navigate between the form preview and previews of other emails the requester might receive by clicking on the preview you want to display in the left-hand navigation panel. Please note that this list will include previews for all the different kinds of rejection emails (as well as the completion email), so a single requester would never see all of these emails in the course of processing their request.
Language Localization
When a requester visits your form it will be automatically translated into their preferred language based on the language settings of their browser.
This language preference will be recorded and any emails sent to that requester as well as the default display content of the secure messaging portal will also be translated. Please note that any messages sent within the secure messaging portal on the other hand will NOT be translated.
Form and email previews will automatically default to displaying the language preference of a typical requester from that location:
Please note that this default language selection in the preview is used solely for the purposes of demonstrating localization of languages for a typical requester from that location.
A requester viewing your form from Russia whose browser language settings were for English would see the form translated into English. Conversely, a requester viewing your form from Texas whose browser language settings were for Russian would see the form translated into Russian.

By default, a requester's location is automatically determined by their IP address. You can allow requester's to override their geo-identified location by enabling the Location Selection toggle on the Settings tab.
You can also adjust whether some request types should appear for all requesters regardless of their available legal rights on the Request Types tab.
