Request Types List

To the right of the Form Configuration page navigation panel is a list of request types that may be eligible to display on your form in the order they will display on your form. The conditions under which each request type will display for a requester are listed below the name of each request type:

To the right of the request types list are some additional fields you can edit to change how each request type will display for requesters:

  • Enable for jurisdictions where it is required by law
    • When this radio button is enabled, the request type will display only for requesters located in jurisdictions granting this privacy right by law. If Location Selection is enabled on the Settings tab of the Form Configuration page requesters will be able to alter their location to display the rights that correspond to the location of their residency.
  • Enable for everyone
    • When this radio button is enabled, the request type will display for all requesters, regardless of their location.
  • Disable for everyone
    • When this radio button is enabled, the request type will not display for any requester, even if the request type is required by law. Take care when selecting this option that requester rights are still being provided by an alternative means outside the form.
