Adding Risk Levels to Your Assessment Templates

  • Updated

When creating a template, you can optionally assign risk levels to answers for your multiple-choice questions. This feature allows you to identify risks and quantify the results of your assessments.

To receive a calculation of the risk associated with an assessment:

  1. When creating a template, assign risk levels to answers.
    • Risk levels can be assigned to checkbox, dropdown, and radio button answer types.
    • You can assign any combination of risk levels to answers, e.g., you can have multiple high-risk answers or some answers marked with risks and others without.
    • Adding risks is optional.
  2. Whenever an assessment created from a template with risk levels is completed by an assignee, the number of high-, medium-, and low-risk answers is calculated and displayed during the review.
