- Users in Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, and New Jersey will now see consent banner format 3 by default to comply with data privacy laws. If you wish to enable banner format 1 for this state, please enable CCPA/CPRA opt-out mode. Read more about consent banner formats.

- A Reporting Dashboard has been released that spotlights urgent subject rights compliance issues, promotes risk & cost reductions throughout subject rights workflows, and helps to demonstrate subject rights compliance and delivered risk & cost reductions over time.

Unified Consent
- Reporting is now available for Unified Consent! Admins are now able to view charts and data that provide a comprehensive overview of their visitor's consent and preference choices at an aggregate level, highlighting key metrics and trends amongst their user base. - A new default Phone Number field has been added to DSAR Forms. Any integration utilizing phone numbers to search for matching requester records i.e. Twilio will utilize phone numbers entered within this field by default.
- A new Unverified Email Rejection toggle has been added to DSAR Forms. When this toggle is enabled requests received to the form that are not email verified by the requester for more than 21 days will be automatically rejected at that time.

- Osano now automatically identifies the product and vendor of discovered applications (generally) for a majority or more of those discoveries.

- The Osano admin portal will be phasing out support for Internet Explorer (IE11) and our legacy browser option in Osano’s Cookie Consent Manager in 60 days. Microsoft ended support for IE 11 on June 15, 2022, and subsequently disabled the IE11 desktop application on February 14, 2023.
- Unsure if your Osano setup is affected? Watch our simple video guide on how to verify your legacy support settings. If you have questions on whether this impacts your usage of Osano and how to address this upcoming change, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.
- Osano will also be phasing out support for Banner Templates 4 and 5 in 60 days. These templates have not been mapped to any regions in the Osano CMP for more than 12 months and are no longer recommended for compliance with any region's legislation.
- This deprecation only affects customers who are utilizing custom banner overrides to specifically assign Banner Templates 4 and 5 on their websites. Customers using the Osano default banner settings will have no impact.
