What's new for Osano in September 2024

Note: Any Consent Manager Platform (CMP) changes will be inherited by consent manager configurations after they are republished. Please be sure to test all changes.

Enhancements

• September 27 12:00 PM CST

  • Assessments/Data Mapping

    • A number of updates have been made within the assessments and data mapping modules to allow for visibility of and cross-navigation between assessments and linked data stores.

  • Subject Rights

    • Subject Rights forms can now be configured to conditionally display fields to a requester based on the selected request type.

  • Subject Rights

    • Subject Rights Managers can create custom templates for responding to requesters within the secure messaging portal.

    • Subject Rights Managers can search for requests by their creation/completion dates.

    • Subject Rights Managers and Assignees can search for action items by their creation/completion dates.

  • Cookie Consent (Mobile)

    • Osano has added a new mobile SDK to support Android native implementations. This launch includes support for updated configuration behaviors to minimize the amount of custom design within applications and updated feature support for features added since the last version.  Documentation and changelogs for the SDK can be found on the Osano Developer Docs website.

    • The iOS and React Native SDK documentation has been updated to include a changelog of updates made for each published update of the SDK. This can be found on the Changelog page of each SDK section on the Osano Developer Docs website.

  • Cookie Consent

    • Users in Montana will now see consent banner format 3 by default to comply with data privacy laws. If you wish to enable banner format 1 for this state, please enable CCPA/CPRA opt-out mode. Read more about consent banner formats.
