What's new for Osano in March 2024

Note: Any Consent Manager Platform (CMP) changes will be inherited by consent manager configurations after they are republished. Please be sure to test all changes.

Enhancements

  • March 29 at 1:00 PM CST

    • Subject Rights

      • The Requests page has been overhauled to offer an improved user experience and additional functionality including bulk request completion and rejection.

      • Two new templates have been added to the Templates tab, one allowing users to customize the content on a requester-facing intake webpage and another allowing users to customize the content on a request-facing ID verification email.

  • March 21 at 11:00 AM CST

    • Assessments

      • You can now request documentation from respondents on your custom assessment. The evidence upload feature lets you add questions to your assessments that allow respondents to answer with a document, PDF, or other file. More information can be found on "Getting started with custom assessment templates."

  • March 12, 2024 at 5:15 PM CST

    • Subject Rights

      • The Action Items page has been overhauled to offer an improved user experience and additional functionality including bulk action item assignment and bulk action item completion.

      • Requester-facing emails and the default content within the secure messaging portal is now translated into then language preference of the requester. Users can preview language translations for requester-facing emails on the Localization tab of the DSAR form.

      • An additional template has been added to the Templates tab allowing users to customize content on the requester-facing email sent when a requester submits a request via email intake.
